Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of inflatable insulation blanket on intraoperative body temperature,incidence of hypothermia,extubation time during anesthesia recovery,complications and hospital stay in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 98 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the operating room of a third grade A hospital were selected by cross sectional cluster sampling.The subjects were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The intraoperative body temperature,incidence of hypothermia,extubation time during anesthesia recovery,complications and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:Intraoperative body temperature,incidence of hypothermia,extubation time during anesthesia recovery,complications and hospital stay in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and there were statistical differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Inflatable insulation blanket can reduce intraoperative hypothermia and incidence of hypothermia,shorten extubation time during anesthesia recovery,reduce complications and shorten hospital stay in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,and provide reference for ensuring perioperative safety and prognosis of patients.
