Abstract:
Neutrophils are the first line of defense of the host's immune defense response.They kill pathogens through phagocytosis and degranulation to exert antibacterial effects.Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs) are another mechanism for neutrophils to exert antibacterial effects discovered in recent years.However,more and more studies have proved that neutrophil extracellular traps are involved in the pathogenesis of many diseases,including inflammatory diseases and a variety of malignant tumors,among which the occurrence and development of hematological disease are closely related to the abnormal increase of NETs.At the same time,inhibiting the generation of NETs can alleviate tumor growth and inhibit its progression.
