Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Fuzheng Decoction combined with hepatic artery chemoembolization in the treatment of liver cancer with Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2019 in our hospital,60 patients with liver cancer with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,one group was the control group,and treated with hepatic artery chemoembolization.The other group was the observation group,which was treated with Wenyang Fuzheng Recipe combined with hepatic artery chemoembolization.Observe and compare the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),liver function index levels,and quality of life of the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment of the two groups of patients,the VEGF and bFGF of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the difference in data was statistically significant.After treatment,the aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glutamyl aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBil) and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT) of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups of data(P＜0.05),which was statistically significant.After treatment,the quality of life(KPS) score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Wenyang Fuzheng Decoction combined with hepatic artery chemoembolization for the treatment of liver cancer patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency can effectively improve the liver function level of the patients,reduce the levels of VEGF and bFGF,improve the quality of life of the patients and promote the treatment of the patients.
