Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of fecal immunochemical test results and their correlation with weight,blood lipid,etc.Methods:A total of 1 249 patients who completed the screening of colorectal cancer in the physical examination center of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.The fecal immunochemical test (FIT) was conducted by latex agglutination immunoturbidimetry,and the general data of their age,medical history,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose,and blood uric acid were recorded.Results:There were 212 cases of positive colorectal cancer screening,with the positive rate of 16.97%,and the positive rate of males was higher than that of females (P<0.05).The positive rate of colorectal cancer screening in the youth group and the elderly group compared with middle-aged group was statistically significant (P<0.05),but the difference between the youth group and the elderly group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Single factor analysis of colorectal cancer screening positive found that the difference of systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),body mass index (BMI),fasting blood glucose (FBG),triglyceride (TG),high density cholesterol (HDL),low density cholesterol (LDL) and apolipoprotein B (Apol-B),blood uric acid (UA) was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that BMI,TG,HDL,LDL were the risk factors for fecal immunochemical test positive (P<0.05).Conclusion:Overweight or obesity,and dyslipidemia are important risk factors for fecal immunochemical test positive.
