Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes in breast cancer.Methods:A total of 87 female breast cancer patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018.45 patients with metastatic lymph nodes and 42 patients without metastasis were enrolled.All patients underwent high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography before surgery to analyze the diagnosis results of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.Results:The degree of metastatic lymph node cortical thickening was significantly higher than that of non-metastatic lymph nodes,and its L/S value was also significantly lower than that of non-metastatic lymph nodes.The blood flow of non-metastatic lymph nodes was mainly gate type(64.29%).The blood flow of metastatic lymph nodes was mainly peripheral type(68.89%)(P<0.001).The blood flow signal of non-metastatic lymph nodes was grade contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound can improve the differential diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes in breast cancer.2(71.43%).Mainly,the lymph node blood flow signal was mainly grade 3(71.11%)(P<0.001).Ultrasonography of non-metastatic lymph nodes was mainly enhanced(78.57%),and metastatic lymph nodes were mainly peripheral or mixed type(75.56%)(P<0.001).The time of contrast-free lymphography was significantly lower than that of metastatic lymph nodes(P<0.001).High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients with sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and Yoden index were higher than high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound or contrast-enhanced ultrasound alone.The area under the ROC curve diagnosed by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound or contrast-enhanced ultrasound alone and the area under the ROC curve diagnosed by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound can improve the differential diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes in breast cancer.
