Abstract:
Gastric cancer is a highly aggressive and lethal malignant tumor. Its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year. The incidence of gastric cancer is over 50 years old.The ratio of male to female is about 2∶1.Therefore,it is very important to clarify the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer and to find early diagnostic methods and effective drug targets.Recent studies have shown that the abnormal expression of chloride ion channel protein is closely related to the development of tumor. The main function of chloride ion channel is to regulate transplastation, membrane potential and cellular immune response. The abnormality of chloride channel is closely related to the proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of gastric cancer. This article reviews the relationship between chloride channel proteins CLIC1,TMEM16A and SLC26A9 and gastric cancer.
