Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of two phase contrast enhancement multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT) scanning and fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) in diagnosis of adenolymphoma in parotid gland.Methods:We retrospectively enrolled the data of 20 patients with adenolymphoma in parotid gland confirmed by surgery histopathology,which both were performed two phase contrast enhancement MSCT scanning and FNAC.The application value of MSCT and FNAC was assessed.Results:All of 20 patients,the diagnostic accuracy of MSCT and FNAC were 85.0%(17/20) and 80.0%(16/20),respectively.The accuracy was 100%(20/20) when MSCT combined with FNAC.Conclusion:The application value of adenolymphoma in parotid gland was similar between two phase contrast enhancement MSCT scanning and FNAC.The use of two phase contrast enhancement MSCT scanning and FNAC can improve the diagnostic accuracy of adenolymphoma in parotid gland.
