Abstract:
Objective:TYRO3,a subfamily of receptor tyrosine protein kinases,is highly expressed in various tumors, but there is no systematic study in bladder cancer.Based on the data mining, the expression of TYRO3 in bladder cancer and normal tissues and its impact on the prognosis of bladder cancer were analyzed. Methods:The mRNA level of TYRO3 gene in bladder cancer was determined by oncomine database. The difference in expression of TYRO3 gene in normal tissues and their corresponding tumor tissues was analyzed by Fire Browse.MethHC analysis of bladder cancer and normal bladder tissue TYRO3 gene DNA promoter methylation level differences. The correlation between the expression level of TYRO3 gene and the survival time of patients with bladder cancer was analyzed by OncoLnc.The location of the TYRO3 gene in the cell signal transduction pathway and the upstream and downstream genes associated with it were explored in the String-DB database. Results:Compared with normal bladder tissue, the expression of TYRO3 gene was negatively correlated with the mRNA level in TYRO3 gene promoter region, and the expression level of TYRO3 gene was negatively correlated with the overall survival time of bladder cancer patients. The GAS6,PHLPP1,PHLPP2,PIK3R1,PROS1,SOCS1,ACACA,ACACB,LRGUK,PI3,CCNH and other genes have obvious interaction with TYRO3.Conclusion:Large sample data mining can quickly obtain information about the expression of TYRO3 in invasive bladder carcinoma, which lays a foundation for the further study of the recurrence of bladder cancer and the new drug therapy target.
