Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics and diagnosis of pre-menopausal endometrial carcionma.Methods:Data of 208 cases of premenopausal endometrial cancer (EC) was retrospectively analyzed.Results:Premenopausal cases accounted for 28.97% of the total EC patients during the same period (208 of 718). "Abnormal vaginal bleeding"was the most common complaint (51.4%) and patients were mostly at stage Ⅰ.While patients with the complaint of "abdominal mass" were mostly at stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ.Patients under 45 years old with diagnosis coincidence of 58.8% were characterized with shorter confirmed diagnosis time and higher B-ultrasound detection rate than the others（72.5% vs 58.19%）.The diagnosis accordance rate of patients of stage Ⅰwas higher than those of stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ.Conclusion:Pre-menopausal EC usually occurs in perimenopausal period and the clinical symptoms are not typical.The low diagnostic accordance rate and the confirmed diagnosis time increased with the age.
