Abstract:
Lung cancer ranks first in malignant tumor incidence and mortality in the world and there is lack of ideal diagnosis method and effective treatment method at present.Nowadays,researchers pay more attention to the relationship between Let-7 and lung cancer.The abnormal expression of Let-7 is closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer.According to a large number of studies,the occurrence and development of the lung cancer cells can be suppressed by restraining expression of oncogenes,the tumor angiogenesis and improving the sensitivity of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy with Let-7.This paper reviewed the research status of correlation of Let-7 and lung cancer diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and so on.
