Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the incidence,mortality and five years survival rate of cervical cancer in Chongqing,2021 and provide the suggestion for cervical cancer prevention and control.Methods:Cervical cancer cases reported from 39 districts and counties in Chongqing,2021 were analyzed to calculate the incidence,age standardization incidence rate by Chinese (ASIRC) and World standardization population (ASIRW),mortality,age standardization mortality rate by Chinese (ASMRC) and World standardization population (ASMRW) and five years survival rate of cancer.ASIRC and ASIRW were standardized by Chinese and World standardization population proportion in 2000.The difference of cancer incidence and mortality between urban and rural area was compared by Chi-square test.Cases of cervical cancer reported in Chongqing,2016 were followed up by active and passive follow-up.The observed survival rate of cervical cancer was calculated by survival life table.The average survival life time of cervical cancer was calculated by Kaplan-Meier.The difference of survival rate of cancer between urban and rural area was compared by Log Rank of Mantel-Cox.Results:The incidence,ASIRC and ASIRW of cervical cancer was 21.60/100 000,14.64/100 000 and 14.71/100 000 in Chongqing,2021.The incidence of cervical cancer in rural area (23.32/100 000) was higher than that in urban area (17.67/100 000) (χ2=6.96,P<0.01).The mortality,ASMRC and ASMRW of cervical cancer was 5.00/100 000,2.79/100 000 and 3.02/100 000 in Chongqing,2021.The mortality of cervical cancer in rural area (5.65/100 000)was higher than that in urban area (3.53/100 000)(χ2=5.42,P=0.02).The five years survival rate of cervical cancer was 64.32% in Chongqing,2021.The five years survival rate of cervical cancer in urban area(76.35%) was higher than that in rural area(59.79%)(χ2=46.65,P<0.01).Conclusion:The incidence and mortality of cervical cancer was high.However,the five years survival rate of cervical cancer was low.It should be attached an importance for cervical cancer prevention and treatment.
