Abstract:
Objective:To observe the curative effect and the cost of modified peanut clothing intervention in the platelets decreased,caused by gemcitabine and cisplatin chemotherapy regimen.Methods:180 patients with malignant tumor with thrombocytopenia in the previous course of GP regimen chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as observation objects.At the beginning of the second course,180 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=88) and the control group(n=92),both groups were given GP regimen(Gemcitabine 1 g/m2,d1,8.Cisplatin 30 mg/m2 ,d1~3.21 days for 1 cycle).Patients in the observation group were given extra peanut clothing 1~2 days before chemotherapy.The control group did not have any preventive measures.The changes of platelet count,the time that platelet count is less than 75×109/L,hospitalization days and the costs for thrombocytopenia in the two groups were observed at 4~14 days after chemotherapy.Results:The observation group and the control group have no statistical difference in age,gender,disease type and KPS score(P>0.05).The platelet count in the observation group and the control group after 2 cycles of chemotherapy at fourth days is[(113.48±41.99)×109/L and (96.70±32.63)×109/L,P≤0.05].At the fourteenth days is [(88.48±40.88)×109/L and (70.97±26.72)×109/L,P≤0.05].The duration of platelets<75×109/L is [(4.97±5.36) d and (8.07±6.90) d,P<0.05].The dosage of interleukin in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The cost of using interleukin was significantly less in the observation group than in the control group,it shows that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay was (15±5) d,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Modified peanut clothing early intervention can reduce the extent of thrombocytopenia caused by antineoplastic drugs,shorten the recovery time,improve the quality of life,reduce the economic burden of patients,saving medical insurance resources,it is worthy of promotion.
