Abstract:
Malignant tumors are the second leading cause of death among children in China.Although great progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of childhood tumors in the past decade,cancer-related cognitive impairment (CRCI) caused by tumors themselves and related treatments has become one of the most serious neurological complications in children with malignant tumors, seriously affecting their prognosis and quality of life.In this paper, the characteristics, evaluation tools and common non-drug intervention methods of children's CRCI were reviewed, and relevant suggestions were put forward to provide reference for early identification and intervention of children's CRCI.
