Abstract:
In recent years,several studies have shown that tertiary lymphoid structures(TLS) are associated with good prognosis and immunotherapy efficacy in most malignant tumors and play an important role in clinical treatment options.But the relationship between tumor-associated gene alterations and TLS has rarely been investigated.What is the specific role of gene alterations in the regulation of TLS induction? In this paper,we will review the composition,structure and formation mechanism of TLS,relationship between tumor-associated gene alterations and TLS,impact on tumor prognosis,as well as future perspectives to understand the function of TLS and the potential role of gene alterations in it in more detail,to provide a relevant basis for clinical precision therapy and the development of new drugs.
