Abstract:
The incidence of multiple primary lung cancer (MPLC) has been continuously increasing in recent years,and the multiplicity of its lesions poses challenges for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Comprehensive judgment of MPLC is required from various aspects such as imaging,pathological histology,and molecular biology.Surgical treatment is the preferred treatment for MPLC,with sublobar resection being the most commonly used procedure,and evaluation of lymph nodes is also an important part of MPLC surgery.Currently,there is still controversy regarding the diagnosis and treatment strategies for MPLC.This article introduces the research progress in the diagnosis,surgical methods,and lymph node dissection of MPLC,aiming to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment strategies of MPLC in clinical practice.
