Abstract:
Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors.Early diagnosis,chemotherapy,prognosis assessment and genetic diagnosis have a crucial impact on the treatment of lung cancer patients.Although there are a variety of imaging and laboratory indicators for preoperative early diagnosis of lung cancer,it is impossible to fully diagnose and accurately assess the prognosis.Circulating tumor cell technology,as a new type of "liquid biopsy" can timely diagnose early lung cancer,can evaluate the chemotherapy effect of lung cancer,and can also detect gene mutations.
