Abstract:
Objective:To investigate preventive effects of microecological agent intervention on thrombosis in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy with PICC catheterization and its influences on blood related indicators and inflammatory factors level.Methods:96 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy with PICC catheterization were collected as research objects.Their clinical materials were retrospectively analyzed.Those patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 48 cases in each group according to whether microecological agent intervention were given.The control group was given conventional intervention.Besides that,the observation group was given microecological agent intervention,as lactobacillus bifidus triple viable tablets was given.Then,incidences of PICC-related thrombosis,levels coagulation related indices,hemorheological indices and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:In comparison with the control group after intervention,the observation group had lower incidence of PICC-related thrombosis(8.3% vs 25.0%),lower levels of tissue factor,fibrinogen,D-Dimer[(346.08±37.35)ng/L vs (403.98±42.71)ng/L,(2.46±0.65)g/L vs (2.78±0.79)g/L,(1.98±0.72)mg/L vs (2.48±0.84)mg/L],lower levels of hemorheological indices of plasma viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate[(3.89±0.44)mPa·s vs (4.26±0.48)mPa·s,(43.73±3.58)% vs (47.59±3.72)%,(37.44±4.03)mm/h vs (41.67±4.31)mm/h] and lower levels of inflammatory factors of interleukin 6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP)[(41.06±6.35)pg/mL vs (49.83±6.74)pg/mL,(5.86±1.34)mg/L vs (6.61±1.40)mg/L] with all statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy with PICC catheterization,microecological agent intervention can prevent incidence of PICC-related thrombosis to an extent,and it can improve coagulation related indices,hemorheological indices and alleviate inflammatory reaction.
