Abstract:
Objective:To study the effects of down-regulated far upstream element-biding protein 1 (FUBP1) expression on proliferation,migration and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells.Methods:FUBP1 interference sequence was transfected into pancreatic cancer cell line PaTu8988 in vitro,and the FUBP1-nc was taken as negative control.CCK-8 assay was used to detect the ability of proliferation.Wound healing assay and Transwell assay were used to detect the ability of migration and invasion. Results:Knockdown expression of FUBP1 in pancreatic cancer cell line PaTu8988 could decrease the ability of proliferation,and the number of migrated and invased cells were reduced significantly.Conclusion:Knockdown expression of FUBP1 can significantly inhibit cell proliferation,meanwhile,the ability of migration and invasion are also decreased.
