Abstract:
Breast cancer is a group with a high 5-year survival rate among all cancer-bearing populations, and the survival rate can reach nearly 90%.80% of breast cancer patients need radiation therapy after surgery. The current research results show that the risk of radiation cardiovascular disease in breast cancer patients 10 to 20 years after radiotherapy is significantly higher than that in patients without radiation therapy. With the maturity of modern radiotherapy technology, from the initial two-dimensional era to the current era of adaptation, the radiation damage to the cardiovascular system has been significantly reduced. This paper outlines the research progress of cardioprotection in breast cancer radiotherapy, and it is suitable for breast cancer radiotherapy. The era of the era opens up new horizons.
