Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression and biological function of lncRNA HEIG in cervical cancer tissues and cells.Methods:The expression of lncRNA HEIG in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,normal cervical epithelial cells HCerEpic,cervical cancer cells Hela and C33A were detected by RT-qPCR.The expression of HEIG in Hela cells was knocked down,and the proliferation and apoptosis of Hela cells were detected by MTT and flow cytometry respectively.Transwell cell assay was used to detect the migration and invasion of Hela cells,and Western blot was used to detect changes in AKT signaling pathway.Results:lncRNA HEIG was highly expressed in cervical cancer tissues and cells.Knock down HEIG can significantly inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells,promote apoptosis,inhibit cell migration and invasion,and inhibit the activation of AKT signaling pathway.Conclusion:lncRNA HEIG may act on AKT signaling pathway to inhibit cell proliferation,promote cell apoptosis and inhibit cell migration and invasion.
