Abstract:
Metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1) is a long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) closely related to many diseases,especially tumors.Many experiments have confirmed that the expression of MALAT1 in various tumors is abnormal in varying degrees,and MALAT1 has an important effect on the proliferation,migration,invasion and apoptosis of tumor cells.Most researchers believe that MALAT1 can be used not only as a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prediction of tumors,but also as a therapeutic target for specific tumors.Through the analysis of the abnormal expression of MALAT1 in neoplastic diseases and its potential molecular mechanism affecting the function of tumor cells,we will synthesize the upstream and downstream molecules related to the function of MALAT1 in order to promote the clinical application of MALAT1 in the diagnosis and treatment of different neoplastic diseases,and hopefully point out the new research direction of MALAT1.
