Abstract:
Objective:To study the expression of connexin (Cx) 43 in bone marrow lesions of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with bone marrow invasion.Methods:26 patients with bone marrow invasion of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were confirmed in our hospital.9 patients with focal distribution of bone marrow were confirmed as reactive lymphocyte proliferation by immunohistochemistry.10 patients with normal bone marrow tissue were selected for immunohistochemical staining.Then statistical analysis was made according to the positive rate and the positive degree score.Results:The positive rate of Cx43 in NHL samples (30.8%) was lower than that in reactive lymphocyte proliferation samples (88.9%) and normal samples (100%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive rate of Cx43 between reactive lymphocyte proliferation samples and normal samples was not statistically significant (P>0.05),but the positive scores of reactive lymphocyte proliferation samples were significantly lower than those of normal samples (P<0.05).Conclusion:Cx43 expression in the focus of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is significantly lower than reactive lymphocyte proliferation and normal.
