Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of miR-21 on the expression of apoptosis-related gene 4 (PD-4) on the proliferation and invasion of cervical cancer cells and its mechanism.Methods:qPCR was used to detect the expression of miR-21 and PDCD4 in cervical cancer.Dual luciferase assay detected the regulatory role of miR-21 and PDCD4.Cell colony assay detected the effect of miR-21 on the proliferation of cervical cancer cells.Transwell invasion test detected invasion ability of cervical cancer cells.Results:The expression of miR-21 was up-regulated in cervical cancer and the expression of PDCD4 was down-regulated in cervical cancer compared with adjacent normal tissues.Dual luciferase assay detected the regulatory relationship between miR-21 and PDCD4,miR-21 can directly regulate the expression of PDCD4 protein and activity.Inhibition of miR-21 expression can inhibit the proliferation of cervical cancer cells.After inhibition of miR-21 expression levels,cervical cancer cell invasion ability was inhibited to a certain extent.Conclusion:miR-21 can regulate the expression of PDCD4 in cervical cancer cell proliferation and invasion ability.
