Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the co-expression regulation network between CircRNA,LncRNA and miRNA in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:The specimens of patients with laryngeal head and neck surgery laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected,and 9 pairs of laryngeal carcinoma tissues and their corresponding paracancerous non-canceroustissues were sequenced using microarray technology.Differential expressions of LncRNA,CircRNA and mRNA were screened,and the differentially expressed RNAs were analyzed by TargetScan and miRanda algorithm,so as to construct the endogenous competitive RNA (ceRNA) network of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Results:Eight LncRNAs,six CircRNAs and thirteen mRNAs were found to form a co-expression regulatory network centering on miR-107.Six LncRNAs,three CircRNAs and twenty mRNAs formed a co-expression regulatory network centering on miR-19a-3p.Conclusion:The CircRNA/LncRNA,miRNA,mRNA network related to laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was constructed,which may provide a reference to further study of layyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
