Abstract:
Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT and lung cancer tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung lesions.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the patients with lung lesions in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2016,who underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging and took a serum tumor markers(CYFRA21-1,NSE,CEA) test in two weeks,and compare the diagnostic value of PET/CT and tumor markers.Results:In terms of specificity,the diagnostic value of PET/CT was lower than that of CEA(P<0.05),and was not significantly different from that of other groups(P>0.05).In terms of positive predictive value,there was no significant difference between PET/CT and tumor markers in each group(P>0.05).Conclusion:18F-FDG PET/CT has high sensitivity and tumor markers have higher specificity.Therefore,combining the two for comprehensive analysis can help improve the diagnostic confidence and accuracy of 18F-FDG PET/CT.
