Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of high-risk human papillomavirus in cervix of women from Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past year, and to evaluate the application of the type of HPV vaccination of in Kunshan region. Methods:We reviewed retrospectively the prevalence of high-risk HPV infection among 1081 patients who accepted the three-step cervical cancer screening,cytology-colposcopy-histology,from July 2015 to July 2016.Results:HPV52 was the most common type in cervical inflammation,while,HPV16 was the commonest in high level squamous cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.According to the cervical histopathology, the difference between a single genotype of HR-HPV infection and multiple genotypes of HR-HPV infection had no statistically significance in the cervical lesions at all levels.Conclusion:HPV52 is the most frequently cervical infection genotype of women in Kunshan rigion. The cervical lesion level is irrelevant with the number of HR-HPV infection type, which indicates multiple genotypes of HR-HPV infection do not increase the development of cervical disease.
