Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the relationship between miRNA-25 and miRNA-143 expression quantity in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) and their pathological features.Methods:Adopting the Real time-PCR method to detect 65 cases of ESCC tissues and the expression quantity of normal esophageal tissue of the miRNA-25 and miRNA-143,also analyze the relationship between their expression quantity and clinical pathological features.Results:The miRNA-25 expression quantity was higher than the near normal esophageal tissue quantity in the ESCC.The miRNA-143 expression quantity was lower than the near normal esophageal tissue quantity in the ESCC.The expression of miRNA-25 and miRNA-143 was obviously related to tumor clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),no correlation with the patients age,gender,tumor location and degree of tumor differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the tumor tissue of the ESCC patients,the miRNA-25 expression quantity was obviously elevated,and the miRNA-143 expression quantity was obviously declined.miRNA-25 and miRNA-143 may be the potential tumor markers of ESCC.
