Abstract:
Objective:To discuss the expression of KI67 protein and GDNF protein in glioma and its clinical significance.Methods:We collected 18 cases with no chemotherapy and radiotherapy of gliomas specimens from October 2014 to September 2016 and analyzed their pathology classification.8 cases was grade Ⅱ,7 cases was grade Ⅲ,3 cases was grade Ⅳ.We detected the expression of KI67 protein and GDNF protein with immunohistochemistry(IHC) and scanned grey value with Image-Pro Plus(IPP6.0).Results:KI67 protein located in the nucleus.With the increase of pathological grade,it showed a tendency of high expression,and it had not expression in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma(N).GDNF protein located in the cytoplasm.With the increase of pathological grade,it showed a tendency of high expression.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The expression of KI67 and GDNF protein increased significantly with the increase of pathological grade of glioma.
