Abstract:
Objective:To discussion the perivascular epithelioid cell tumor(PEComa),pathology and the characteristics of immune performance,diagnosis and antidiastole,treatment and prognoses.Methods:Discussion on a case,received and cured by our hospital in 2016,who was a 66-year-old female patient.The patient admission to hospital because of massive vaginal bleeding.The initial diagnostic was myoma of uterus and then was performed a hysterectomy and a bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.After the operation,the pathology return was PEComa.Aimming at the material report of the case,review some related literature.Results:In the case,womb PEComa appears in intramural pregnancy,with widely hemorrhagic necrosis and cells' atypia-HMB45(partly-B),MelanA(+)、SMA(-).Concusion:Perivascular epithelioid cell tumor is a rare mesenchymal tumor.The biological property of the uterine PEComa was undefined.Some materials have reported malignant lesions.The treatment was mainly the complete excision.The efficiency of chemoradiation is indistinctive.Long-term follow-up visit is important.
