Abstract:
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal side reaction of Zusanli acupoint injection and Chinese medicine Yongquan acupoint application combined with western medicine drugs due to chemotherapy in elderly cancer patients.Methods：120 patients diagnosed with elderly tumor patients were randomly divided into control group，60 cases of chemotherapy before hydrochloride tropane injected droplet note.Treatment group 60 cases in the control group on the basis of giving tsusanli injection and Chinese medicine Yongquan cave were applied.Results：The control and treatment group of nausea and vomiting in group I-II，the incidence rate was 60% and 80%，P>0.05，no significant difference between the two groups，III-IV incidence was 40% and 20%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)，in which acute vomiting was 41.7% and 63.3%，the incidence of delayed vomiting 36.7% and 6.7%，anticipatory vomiting was 5% and 0，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In control group and treatment group the total effective rate of nausea and vomiting (CR+PR) were 61.7% and 85%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In other adverse reactions such as dizziness，headache，dry mouth，anorexia，abdominal discomfort，constipation，anxiety，diarrhea，two groups after statistical treatment，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)，especially in the abdominal discomfort，constipation，anxiety，there were significant differences on symptoms of anorexia (P<0.01).Conclusion：Point injection and Chinese medicine Yongquan point sticking combined western medicine anti-nausea drug can effectively mitigate senile gastrointestinal side effects caused by chemotherapy of tumor patients，improve the quality of life and chemotherapy tolerance，is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
