Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the cancer patients' nutrition status and discuss the related factors.Methods:Choose 210 cancer patients in court,using the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) table as patients nutrition screening tool to determine the nutritional status,and discuss the related factors.Face to face to investigate all of the patients one by one,statistical data analysis by SPSS 18.0 software.Results:Malnutrition rate was as high as 73.8% in cancer patients.Single factor analysis showed that gender,age,weight loss,complications,tumor type,tumor stage and grade of gastrointestinal adverse reaction,pain,sleep had an impact on nutrition score.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Treatment,carers,health care type,economic conditions had no effect on nutrition score.There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Single factor analysis to the nutritional rating was affected binary logistics regression analysis.Results showed that only gender,age,pain,tumor type,sleep and weight loss six factors had significant effects on patients' nutrition state.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Malnutrition is common in cancer patients,gender,age,tumor type,pain,sleep and weight loss as the main factors.
