Abstract:
Objective：To reveal the incidence and clinical features of gallbladder carcinoma in different regions and to propose the latest diagnostic and treatments relevant by comparing gallbladder cancer research data with US Cancer Statistics（USCS） data.Methods：To explored the clinical features of 92 cases of gallbladder carcinoma，including gender，age，symptom，pathological type，grade，location of metastasis，combined disease and treatment methods，and compared them with the characteristics of gallbladder carcinoma in US 2007-2011 with USCS data.Gallbladder cancer related information was retrieved.Results：Gallbladder cancer had a high incidence of female than male.Abdominal pain，jaundice，liver metastases，adenocarcinoma were common manifestation.The main complication was Gallstones.There were statistically significant differences in the age distribution (male 55~64 years and 75~84 years，female 55~64 years and 75~84 years) and pathological grade of gallbladder carcinoma in different areas.Conclusion：Attention to common clinical features may be contributive to early diagnosis，which is an effective method to change the status of diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder carcinoma with high malignant degree.
