Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium on liver injury model of tumor-bearing nude mice caused by oxaliplatin.Methods:Nude mice subcutaneous xenograft model was constructed by transplanting human colon carcinoma HCT116 cells,then divided into two groups of eight randomly,the control group for oxaliplatin group and the experimental group for oxaliplatin+isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium group.6 days later,all nude mice were sacrificed.Collect abdominal aortic blood and test aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT).The hepatic injury was observed by pathological section.The liver homogenate was prepared to detect the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione(GSH) and myeloperoxidase(MPO) expression.Results:Nude mice subcutaneous xenograft model was constructed.The incidence of sinusoid vascular injury was lower in experimental group than the control group.The expression of AST and ALT were lower than control group(P<0.01).The expression of SOD and GSH were higher in experimental group than the control group,and MPO was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium can reduced the incidence rate of hepatic injury caused by oxaliplatin.
