Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the mutation of CD147 and Ki-67 in papillary thyroid cancer and its clinical significances.Methods:Inmmunohistochemistry method was used to analyze the expression of gene CD147 and Ki-67 in 50 cases papillary throid cancer,50 cases follicular adenoma and 50 cases of normal controls.Results:The expression of CD147 in papillary thyroid cancer was obviously higher than that in follicular adenoma and normal tissue (68% vs 20% vs 0).There was significant difference among papillary thyroid cancer,follicular adenoma and normal tissue (P<0.001),and it was related to lymph node metastasis and cancer and TNM stages (P<0.05).No Ki-67 protein expression was observed in normal tissue.The rate of Ki-67 positive expression in papillary thyroid cancer,follicular adenoma were (36% vs 18%).There was significant difference between normal tissue,follicular adenoma and papillary thyroid cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive expression of CD147 and Ki-67 was mechanism of papillary thyroid cancer and they were involved in carcinogenesis.CD147 may be a novel prognostic indicator of papillary thyroid cancer.
