Abstract:
With the maturity of indocyanine green fluorescent imaging (ICG-FI) technology,combined with a variety of staining and imaging methods,the outstanding advantages of economy and rapidity,it is widely used in the anatomical resection of hepatocellular carcinoma,has precise role in tumor and boundary positioning,can better find small lesions,and be used for the selection and monitoring of surgical liver cutting plane,greatly increasing the detection probability of residual cancer,effectively reducing postoperative recurrence and metastasis.R0 resection is realized to the maximum extent and the difficulty of operation is greatly reduced,opening up a new way for laparoscopic precise hepatectomy.However,indocyanine green (ICG) also has false positive results,which is easily affected by liver function,administration time and dose,adverse reaction of developer and other limited factors.Its efficacy and reliability still need to be explored and studied.In short,because the laparoscopic liver tumor resection process is delicate,complex and time-consuming,and the individual differences of patients are large,individualized diagnosis and treatment should be carried out according to the actual condition of patients in clinical practice.This article reviews the research progress on application of ICG-FI in laparoscopic resection of hepatocellular carcinoma.
