Abstract:
Objective:To explore the related factors influencing early functional rehabilitation in postoperative patients with spinal canal tumors and improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with spinal canal tumors [39 males and 41 females,aged 25~73 years old,with an average age of (51.33±11.71) years old] in our hospital,from December 2018 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.First of all,univariate analysis of all variables was carried out according to the corresponding test method,and then the indexes with significant difference (P<0.05) in univariate analysis were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis,and the independent risk factors influencing early functional rehabilitation in postoperative patients with spinal canal tumors were obtained.Results:Univariate analysis showed that VAS score (P=0.042),ODI (P=0.046),nutritional status (P=0.019),internal fixation (P=0.000),operational manner (P=0.000),cerebrospinal fluid leakage (P=0.033),the location of tumors (P=0.000),indwelling catheters (P=0.044),spinal neural function (P=0.049),diabetes (P=0.048),body muscle (P=0.002) presented statistical significance.Logistic regression analysis showed that there were statistical differences in VAS score (P=0.039),ODI (P=0.025),internal fixation (P=0.016),operational manner (P=0.037),the location of tumors (P=0.004),indwelling catheters (P=0.028),spinal neural function (P=0.049).Conclusion:The VAS score,ODI,nutritional status,internal fixation,operational manner,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,the location of tumors,indwelling catheters,spinal neural function,diabetes,body muscle were influencing factors of early functional rehabilitation in postoperative patients with spinal canal tumors,among which,VAS score,ODI,internal fixation,operational manner,the location of tumors,indwelling catheters,spinal neural function were independent influencing risk factors.
