Abstract:
Objective:To screen the diagnostic markers of cervical cancer to detect their expression and clinical significance in cervical cancer. Methods:From gene expression database(gene expression omnibus,GEO) download in cervical cancer related data sets, using R language of differentially expressed genes(differentially expressed genes,DEGs) screening,enzyme-linked immunoassay detection in cervical cancer expression level in serum, the PCR method to detect its expression in cervical secretions, tissue chip detection of expression in cervical cancer tissues and normal tissues, and statistics to analyze its relationship with clinical features. Results:Analysis of GEO database showed that the differential gene was cysteine rich secretory protein 3(CRISP3).There was no significant difference in the expression of CRISP3 in serum between cervical cancer group and control group(P>0.05).The expression of CRISP3 in secretion was significantly decreased in cervical cancer group(P<0.01).The expression of CRISP3 in tissue microarray was low in cervical cancer group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in stage I and stage II - III between different stages of cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:CRISP3 in cervical secretion may be one of the potential biomarkers for the diagnosis of cervical cancer.
