Abstract:
Objective：To investigate the etiology，clinical manifestations，diagnosis，treatment and prognosis of primary ovarian diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Methods：The clinical and pathological data of 1 case of primary ovarian diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and the results of postoperative immunohistochemistry were reported.A large number of related literatures at home and abroad were read.Results：This patient was a (right) ovarian diffuse large B-cell lymphoma，which was considered tumor recurrence after active treatment.Conclusion：Primary ovarian diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is rare.The diagnosis depends on postoperative pathology and immunohistochemistry.The prognosis is poor.It is often treated with surgery，supplemented by chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
