Abstract:
Objective：To study the CT and MRI findings of hyaline-vascular Castleman's disease and improve the diagnostic level to this disease.Methods：The CT and MRI imaging materials of 4 patients with hyaline-vascular Castleman's disease were analyzed retrospectively，diagnosis of hyaline-vascular Castleman's disease was done by surgery and pathology.Results：In these cases，1 case was at left supraclavicular fossa，mediastinum，mesentery，hepatogastric gap.The clinical types were topical type in 4 cases，the pathological types were 4 cases of hyaline-vascular.On CT the lesions were oval softtissue mass.CT scan showed isodense compared with muscle，dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scan of hyaline-vascular type in 4 cases，there was marked enhancement in tumor arterial phase，venous phase and delayed phase appeared as continuing to strengthen.There was thickening shadow of tortuous vascular around the lesions or/and in the lesions in 2 cases.MRI scaning lesion showed the same or slightly lower signal intensity in T1WI and high signal intensity in T2WI，the enhance performance was similar to CT.Conclusion：the CT and MRI have important value in diagnosis of hyaline-vascular Castleman's disease，diagnosis depends on the histopathology.
