Abstract:
Objective:Telomerase activity in chronic myeloid leukemia was measured by PCR-ELISA semi quantitative method,and the correlation between telomerase activity and telomerase activity was observed.Methods:Selected 15 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia patients bone marrow specimens and 15 cases of normal bone marrow(from non tumor patients for bone marrow examination).Samples were divided intochronic myeloid cell leukemia(CML) group and normal control group.Detect the telomere enzyme activity.Results:Telomerase activity was measured by using PCR-ELISA,the results showed with weak activity in the normal control group,and CML group has strong activity and telomerase activity in CML were higher than normal control group,the difference was significant.There was no significant difference in telomerase activity between the male group and the female group(CML group).Conclusion:Normal group was with weak activity,and CML group has strong activity,telomerase activity may reflect a highly proliferative state,is a new tumor marker,and closely related to tumor occurrence.
