Abstract:
Objective:To identify the adhesion molecules existence in the human high and low metastatic large cell lung cancer cell line L9981 and NL9980.Methods:Semi-RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of E-cadherin,integrinβ1 and integrinβ3 between the human high and low metastatic large cell lung cancer cell line;flow cytometry was used to detect the different protein expression of E-cadherin,integrinβ1 and integrinβ3 between the human high and low metastatic large cell lung cancer cell line.Results:The expression of mRNA and protein of E-cadherin of the high metastatic large cell lung cancer cell line was weaker than that of the low metastatic large cell lung cancer cell line.The expression of mRNA and protein of integrinβ1 and integrinβ3 of the high metastatic large cell lung cancer cell line was stronger than that of the low metastatic large cell lung cancer cell line.Conclusion:The high expression of E-cadherin is related to low metastatic lung cancer,the high expression of integrins is related to high metastatic lung cancer.
