Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression of PPP1R14B and its clinical significance.Methods:85 cases were collected as the research subjects in this study.The cancer tissue and adjacent tissue of patients were collected during surgery.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PPP1R14B protein.RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression level of PPP1R14B mRNA,and the relationship between PPP1R14B expression and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed.Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between PPP1R14B expression and survival rate of patient.Multivariate Cox regression analysis was conducted to identify risk factors affecting the prognosis of endometrial cancer patients.Results:The positive expression rate and mRNA expression of PPP1R14B in endometrial cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues (P<0.05).The expression of PPP1R14B was related to age,pathological grading,FIGO staging,lymph node metastasis,and tissue differentiation degree (P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of patients with high PPP1R14B mRNA expression was significantly lower than that in low PPP1R14B mRNA expression (P<0.05).Age,pathological grade,FIGO staging,lymph node metastasis,and high expression level of PPP1R14B were independent prognostic risk factors (P<0.05).Conclusion:PPP1R14B is highly expressed in the tissue of patients with endometrial cancer,which is closely related to age,pathological classification,FIGO staging,lymph node metastasis,and the prognosis of patients,which is an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients.
