Abstract:
Metastasis is the most important factor leading to the death of cancer patients.Metastasis suppressor-1 (MTSS1) is closely related to the process of tumor metastasis.Previous studies have suggested that MTSS1 inhibits tumor metastasis,but in recent years,studies have found that this gene has two sides and can also promote the progression of some tumors,which makes people have to re-examine the feasibility of using this gene as a target for tumor treatment.In this paper,the role and mechanism of MTSS1 in tumor were reviewed,and its application prospect was also discussed.
