Abstract:
Clinical and epidemiological studies have shown that regular and long-term use of low-dose aspirin can reduce the risk of gastrointestinal cancers such as esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma.Aspirin has become a potential chemopreventive drug for tumors, and its use after tumor treatment can improve long-term survival. This article mainly studies the catalytic subunits of tumor related biomarkers such as cyclooxygenase(COX),mammalian rapamycin target protein(mTOR),and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase ɑ(PIK3CA) and other studies to explore the latest progress in the anti-tumor activity of aspirin, providing new ideas and plans for further leveraging the role of aspirin in anti-tumor activity.
