Abstract:
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women, and its incidence rate is increasing year by year.Traditional diagnosis and treatment methods are still insufficient,so it is urgent need to explore new diagnosis and treatment strategies.Graphene based nanomaterials (GBNs) are promising drug carriers with the advantages of target selectivity, photoluminescence, easy functionalization, chemical sensitization and high drug loading. This paper first summarized the biological characteristics of GBNs in cancer treatment, and then focused on the application of GBNs in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, including chemotherapy, phototherapy, targeted therapy, early diagnosis and tumor imaging,as a platform for combined modality therapy and modification strategies. The advantages of GBNs in reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency,multi-drug delivery, biosensing, molecular imaging and combination therapy were emphasized. Finally, the problems and challenges of GBNs in the field of breastcancer diagnosis and treatment were clarified, aiming to point out the direction for researchers and provide new ideas.
