Abstract:
Objective:To study the expression of lysine histone methylase 3A(KDM3A) in tissues and cells of colorectal cancer and its effect on the proliferation,migration and invasion of colorectal cancer cells.Methods:The expression and clinical information of KDM3A in colorectal cancer tissues were analyzed by bioinformatics retrieval.qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of KDM3A in 4 colorectal cancer cells HT-29,SW480,SW620,DLD-1 and normal colon epithelial cells NCM460.Colorectal cancer cell lines with low KDM3A expression were screened out for overexpression and CCK-8 proliferation assay and Transwell assay.Western blot was used to detect the effect of KDM3A overexpression on cell proliferation,cell invasion and migration.Results:The expression of KDM3A in colorectal cancer tissues is significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the survival rate of patients with high expression of KDM3A is lower.Overexpression of KDM3A can promote the proliferation,migration and invasion of colorectal cancer cells.Conclusion:High expression of KDM3A can promote the proliferation,migration and invasion of colorectal cancer.
