Abstract:
18F-FDG PET/CT early dynamic imaging describes the spatial and temporal distribution of 18F-FDG from the time of injection, reflecting the early blood perfusion and metabolism in real time, with the help of dynamic PET imaging for dynamic modeling.Quantitative assessment of early metabolism of organs(or lesion tissues) can be used as a useful supplement for PET/CT routine whole-body static imaging. In this paper, the research progress of early dynamic imaging and modeling of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of lung diseases will be systematically expounded.
