Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the prognostic factors of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in children.Methods:92 children with acute myeloid leukemia admitted to our hospital from december 2015 to december 2022 were collected and divided into survival group and death group.Their clinical characteristics and influencing factors were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The positive rates of WBC,LDH,SF,bone marrow primitive+naive cells and MRD in the death group were higher than those in the survival group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).CHE and CD3 in death group were lower than those in survival group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the positive rates of SF and MRD in the death group were higher than those in the survival group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:WBC,LDH,CHE,SF,MRD,CD3 and bone marrow primitive+naive cells influence the prognosis of pediatric AML,SF and MRD are independent prognostic factors in children with AML.
