Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship between levels of serum bicorticoid like kinase 1 (DCLK1) and latent transforming growth factor binding protein 2 (LTBP2) in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and their clinical pathological characteristics,postoperative recurrence.Methods:The relevant clinical data of 342 CIN patients diagnosed in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2022 were collected and organized as the CIN group,according to postoperative recurrence,there were 293 cases in the non recurrence group and 49 cases in the recurrence group.351 healthy individuals were used as a reference group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was applied to detect levels of serum DCLK1 and LTBP2.ROC curve was applied to analyze the predictive value of serum DCLK1 and LTBP2 levels for postoperative recurrence in CIN patients.Cox proportional risk regression model was applied to screen for the influencing factors of CIN recurrence.Results:The levels of serum DCLK1 and LTBP2 in the CIN group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05).The levels of serum DCLK1 and LTBP2 in CIN patients with CIN grade III and high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection were higher than those in CIN grade I-II and non high-risk HPV infection patients (P<0.05).The levels of serum DCLK1,LTBP2,and the proportions of CIN grade III,and high-risk HPV infection in the recurrent group were higher than those in the non recurrent group (P<0.05).The AUC for predicting postoperative recurrence in CIN patients using DCLK1 and LTBP2 alone and in combination was 0.803,0.710,and 0.870,respectively.DCLK1,LTBP2,and CIN grading were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence in CIN patients (P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of serum DCLK1 and LTBP2 in CIN patients is associated with increased CIN grading and high-risk HPV infection,and the combination of the two can effectively predict postoperative recurrence.
