Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the application effect of three-dimensional reconstruction technology in radical resection of colorectal cancer (CRC) and its influence on immune function,gastrointestinal function and postoperative outcome.Methods:A total of 83 CRC patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected,all of whom underwent laparoscopic radical CRC surgery.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The preoperative planning of 41 patients in the control group was performed according to enhanced multi-slice spiral CT images,and the preoperative planning of 42 patients in the observation group was performed according to three-dimensional vascular model of multi-slice spiral CT.Perioperative indexes,postoperative outcomes,gastrointestinal function,immune T lymphocytes (CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+) and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:The operation time,first postoperative exhaust,semi-liquid feeding,first defecation and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss and 24 h postoperative drainage volume were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of motilin,gastrin and cholecystokinin in observation group were higher than those in control group at 3 and 7 days after operation (P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3 and 7 days after operation (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional reconstruction technology assisted radical operation for CRC can optimize the operation,reduce the damage of gastrointestinal function and immune function,promote the recovery of the disease,and improve the safety.
